Livestock, Small Animal, and Horse Show entries require pre-registration by date indicated on registration form. Still exhibits can be registered in-person at the fairgrounds Wednesday, August 5th from 4-8pm. See the Exhibitor Book for more information.
BLUE RIBBON ONLINE ENTRY
All small animal market projects will require a completed small animal record book found linked below.
Required minimum weights of small animal market projects have been changed.
IMPORTANT CHANGES TO STATE REQUIREMENTS FOR LIVESTOCK TAGGING!!!
ALL LIVESTOCK (Steers, Hogs, Lambs, Goats) MUST have a premises tag before they can be weighed in by fair staff. The fair will no longer be giving out tags.
***Each junior market swine exhibitor must send a digital photo of themself with their hog to mqtcofairswine@gmail.com by August 1st. Please put the exhibitor’s name in the subject line. For families with multiple exhibitors, please send them individually. This picture will be used for the buyer’s thank you card, so please give consideration to the background, make sure the hog is clean, and the exhibitor is dressed nicely. This photo must be received in order to sell your hog. A picture of the exhibitor and the buyer will still be taken without the hog on sale day.
